[Text available only in English] Lukas Ruoff is a Berlin-based designer, media artist, and lec-turer. His work spans a wide range, from audiovisual anima-tion to data art and interactive installations. Through genera-tive and procedural digital methods, his creations are often highly detailed.These works are showcased in various contexts, such as live visual performances at music festivals, installations by the collective Unit 404, or as exhibit at ARS Electronica. The the-matic focus of his work revolves around digital topics and the interaction with advanced technologies.The critical installation “Artificial Thicket” highlighted the problems associated with the virtualization of our natural en-vironment. For Arte Musicverse, an university project led by Lukas Ruoff in collaboration with HTW Berlin, TU Berlin and DEFMedia, AI-generated 360° visuals were created at the Zeiss-Großplanetarium.
