[Tekst dostępny tylko w języku angielskim] The work is designed to emphasize a time cyclicity pounding through the fragmentation of an instant that inevitably becomes infinite. The subject of this dynamics of contemporary succession of images is a waiting body in the dark, and it becomes the instrument to know oneself. The body gets lost in the shadows, transcending itself, and it becomes the malleable surface modelled by a light. The video installation is the essence of a space-time larger than the showed instant, which holds not only the linear time, but also the subjective perception this time becoming a continuous present. A scenario is being created, a game between repeated sounds of words, shadow, body and light, in which the latter is the mother of every discovery and perception. Through the movement of the body it becomes the subject of the work. The viewer indeed is captured by the light that confuses him, creating many forms, no one of which is recognizable. The observer gets a need to understand, to recognize figurative confirmations existing in the reality. The experience of this time is staged right through this conflict between image and image perception.
